This website, our POP TV application as well as our emails (collectively, “Platform”), and all the content (including without limitation all images, videos, photographs, drawings, audio files, slogans and write-ups) found on or accessible through our Platform (collectively, “Content”) are fully protected by (whether registered or otherwise) copyright, design rights, trademark rights and/or other intellectual property rights (collectively, “IPR”), such IPR being either owned by POP TV Pte. Ltd. (“POP TV”) or its licensors.
You therefore agree that without POP TV’s prior written consent, you are not permitted to howsoever duplicate, reproduce, copy, download, extract, hack, store, distribute, lease, share, publish, sell, rent, translate, modify or create derivative works from, any part of the Content. Accordingly, and without limiting the generality of the aforegoing, you are also prohibited from framing or displaying any part of our Platform in frames or other similar means on another website or other online portal without our prior written consent.
Any use of our Content must be strictly pursuant to the Terms of Use found on https://www.poptv.ph/termsofuse , and our App User Terms and Conditions accessible via the POP TV application in the event that you are a subscriber of POP TV’s services.
In addition, and without prejudice to the generality of the abovegoing, all company names (including POP TV's name and the company names of any third parties featured on our Platform), logos, trade marks, service marks, brands, whether registered or otherwise (collectively the "Branding") represented on our Platform belong to POP TV or to third parties who have agreed to display their Branding on our Platform. You are therefore not permitted to copy, replicate, modify, extract, download or howsoever use any such Branding for any purpose whatsoever without the prior written consent of POP TV.
We reserve our rights, and will not hesitate, to take legal action for any unauthorised use of any part of our Content and/or Branding.
